Templates give you a head start with pre-built forms for common use cases.

Available templates

NodumForms includes over 40 free templates across nine categories. Browse the full, searchable gallery at nodumforms.com/templates. The built-in templates are:

  • Business - Contact Form, Quote Request, Order Form, Invoice Request, Client Onboarding, Vendor Registration, NDA Signing

Every template is free on every plan, and fully customisable once you create your form.

How to use a template

  1. Click New form from the dashboard or sidebar
  2. Choose your layout (Standard or One Per Page)
  3. Browse templates by category using the filter tabs, or scroll through all
  4. Click a template to select it
  5. Choose a style (optional)
  6. Your form is created with all the template's questions pre-loaded

Customising templates

Templates are just starting points. After creating a form from a template, you can:

  • Edit, add, or remove any questions
  • Change the style and styling
  • Modify options on choice blocks
  • Reorder blocks by dragging

Not yet — layout is locked when you create the form. We're working on a converter. For now, the workaround is to duplicate the form into the other layout and copy blocks across.

Templates only appear in the creation wizard. To start over from a template, create a new form. Your existing form isn't lost — it stays in the sidebar.
