Your dashboard and sidebar give you quick access to all your forms and responses.
The dashboard
The dashboard is your home screen. It shows:
- New responses — A feed of recent submissions across all your forms, with preview text from the first text answer
- Recent forms — Cards for your most recently updated forms, showing title, status (Draft/Published), question count, and response count
The sidebar
The sidebar (visible on desktop) has three tabs:
- Forms — A list of all your forms. Click any form to open it in the builder. Right-click or use the three-dot menu to rename, duplicate, or delete.
- Blocks — When editing a form, this shows the block library. Drag blocks onto the canvas to add them.
- Notifications — Shows recent response activity.
You can collapse the sidebar by clicking the « icon, and expand it again from the hamburger menu.
Quick search
Press Ctrl+K (or Cmd+K on Mac) to open the command palette. Search across:
- Form names
- Block question text
- Response answers
- App settings and navigation
Renaming forms
Double-click a form name in the sidebar to rename it inline. Press Enter to save or Escape to cancel.
Duplicating forms
Click the three-dot menu on any form card and select Duplicate. This creates a copy of the form including all blocks, styling, and settings (but not responses).
Deleting forms
Click the three-dot menu and select Delete. You'll be asked to confirm. Deleting a form permanently removes all its blocks and responses — this cannot be undone.
