Publishing and sharing

Publishing makes your form live and accessible to anyone with the link.

How to publish

  1. Open your form in the builder
  2. Click the "Publish" button in the top-right corner
  3. Your form is now live

You must have at least one question block before you can publish.

After publishing, a popover shows your form's public URL. Click the link icon to copy it to your clipboard. The URL format is:

https://nodumforms.com/f/[shortId]/[slug]

Updating a published form

If you make changes to an already-published form, the Publish button changes to "Update". Clicking it publishes a new snapshot — your changes go live immediately.

Unpublishing

Click the dropdown arrow next to the Publish button and select "Unpublish" to take your form offline. The public link will show a 404 page. Your data and settings are preserved — you can republish at any time.

Form scheduling

Set an Opens at and/or Closes at date in form settings to control when your form accepts responses. Before the open date, visitors see "Coming soon". After the close date, they see "Form closed".

FAQs

Yes — sign up with email or Google in under a minute. The free plan gets you 5 forms and 10,000 responses per month with no credit card required.

Not yet — layout is locked when you create the form. We're working on a converter. For now, the workaround is to duplicate the form into the other layout and copy blocks across.

Templates only appear in the creation wizard. To start over from a template, create a new form. Your existing form isn't lost — it stays in the sidebar.
