Do I need an account to try NodumForms?

Yes — sign up with email or Google in under a minute. The free plan gets you 5 forms and 10,000 responses per month with no credit card required.

Can I switch a form from Standard to One Per Page later?

Not yet — layout is locked when you create the form. We're working on a converter. For now, the workaround is to duplicate the form into the other layout and copy blocks across.

Where do I find templates after I've created a form?

Templates only appear in the creation wizard. To start over from a template, create a new form. Your existing form isn't lost — it stays in the sidebar.
