NodumForms supports two form layouts to suit different use cases.
Standard form
All questions appear on a single scrollable page. The respondent fills in every field and clicks Submit at the bottom.
Best for:
- Short forms (1–8 questions)
- Contact forms and signups
- Quick feedback forms
- Order forms
One Per Page form
Each question (or group of questions) appears on its own page. Respondents navigate with Next and Back buttons, and see a progress indicator.
Best for:
- Long surveys (10+ questions)
- Quizzes and assessments
- Multi-step registration flows
- Forms where you want to reduce cognitive load
Multi-page management
In One Per Page mode, you can:
- Add pages — Click "Add page" at the bottom of the page navigator
- Move blocks between pages — Use the block menu (three dots) and select "Move to page..."
- Reorder pages — Drag pages in the page navigator to change their order
- Delete pages — Remove a page and all its blocks
Progress bars
One Per Page forms can show a progress bar. Enable it in form settings and choose between two styles:
- Line — A horizontal bar that fills as the respondent progresses
- Bubble — Individual dots or steps showing each page
You can customise the active and inactive colours of the progress bar.
