Our Pro plan is a flat $5 / month with 2 million responses included.

Yes — and during the beta it’s unusually generous. Every account gets unlimited forms, unlimited questions, and 2,000,000 responses per month with every feature unlocked, including custom branding, analytics, and collaboration. No credit card required to sign up. When the beta ends, a permanent Free tier will remain — we’ll give you plenty of notice before anything changes.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more) processed securely through Stripe. Annual Pro subscribers can also request payment by invoice. If you’re on an Enterprise plan, we support purchase orders and bank transfer in addition to card payments. All prices are in USD.

Yes, absolutely. There are no long-term contracts, no lock-in periods, and no cancellation fees — ever. You can downgrade to the Free plan at any time from your account settings and your subscription will simply not renew at the end of the current billing period. All your forms, responses, and data stay intact.

Yes. If you’re not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact us and we’ll refund your payment in full — no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Annual plan refunds are prorated for any unused months.

Pro is a flat rate: $5 / month billed monthly, or $40 / year (saving you $20). There are no per-seat fees, no per-response charges, and no hidden costs for extra forms or features. One subscription covers your entire account. Enterprise pricing is available for organisations that need higher limits, a custom DPA, or dedicated support — get in touch for a quote.

Upgrades take effect immediately — you’re billed a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle and gain access to the new plan right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep full access until then. Your forms, responses, themes, and collaborators are never deleted when you change plans.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We never sell your data or use your responses to train AI models, and respondent IP addresses are hashed before they are stored. Response data is stored in the EU by default, with other regions available on Enterprise. We follow SOC 2 controls and are working toward formal certification — our security practices are at nodumforms.com/security.

We comply with all applicable consumer protection laws, including the EU’s 14-day cooling-off period and equivalent rules in Australia, Canada, and other jurisdictions. If local law gives you stronger rights than our standard refund policy, those rights always apply. Just contact support and we’ll make it right.
