How many blocks can a single form have?

There's no hard cap, but very long forms (50+ blocks) load more slowly for respondents. For long surveys, consider switching to One Per Page so each question loads incrementally.

Can I add conditional logic (show/hide blocks)?

Branching logic isn't available yet — it's on the roadmap. The closest workaround today is splitting a form into multiple One Per Page flows and linking between them.

Are file uploads available on the free plan?

File Upload is a Pro feature, but during beta it's unlocked for everyone. After beta, you'll need a Pro plan to add a File Upload block.
