Manage blocks efficiently with duplicate and delete actions.
Block menu
Hover over any block and click the three-dot menu icon (⋯) in the top-right corner of the block. This opens a menu with:
- Duplicate — Creates an exact copy of the block directly below it, including all settings, options, and styling
- Delete — Removes the block permanently (this cannot be undone)
- Move to page... — (One Per Page forms only) Move the block to a different page
Keyboard shortcuts
- Delete/Backspace — When a block is selected, press Delete to remove it
- Tab — Move focus to the next block
- Shift+Tab — Move focus to the previous block
Tips
- Duplicating is faster than creating a new block when you need similar questions (e.g. multiple rating questions with the same scale)
- When you duplicate a Multiple Choice block, all options are copied too
- Deleted blocks and their responses cannot be recovered — be careful!
