Form settings

Access form settings by clicking the gear icon in the builder toolbar or from the form's three-dot menu.

General settings

  • Title — The form's name, shown at the top of the form and in your dashboard
  • Description — Optional subtitle shown below the title on the published form

After submission

  • Thank-you message — Customise the title and message shown after a respondent submits (default: "Thank you!" / "Your response has been recorded.")
  • End screen icon — Choose from a set of icons (party popper, heart, thumbs up, star, check, smile, rocket, trophy, sparkles) or select "None"
  • End screen background — Upload a background image for the thank-you screen
  • Redirect URL — Optionally redirect respondents to a URL after submission instead of showing the thank-you screen
  • Close message — Custom message shown when the form is closed

Notifications

  • Email notifications — Toggle on to receive an email every time someone submits a response. Enter the email address to notify.
  • Webhook URL — Enter a URL to receive a POST request with the full response data on each submission. Useful for integrating with Zapier, Make, or your own backend.

Scheduling

  • Opens at — Set a date/time before which the form won't accept responses (shows "Coming soon")
  • Closes at — Set a date/time after which the form stops accepting responses (shows "Form closed")

Progress bar

  • Show progress bar — Enable a progress indicator for One Per Page forms
  • Style — Choose between "Line" (horizontal fill bar) or "Bubble" (step dots)
  • Colours — Customise the active and inactive colours

FAQs

There's no hard cap, but very long forms (50+ blocks) load more slowly for respondents. For long surveys, consider switching to One Per Page so each question loads incrementally.

Branching logic isn't available yet — it's on the roadmap. The closest workaround today is splitting a form into multiple One Per Page flows and linking between them.

File Upload is a Pro feature, but during beta it's unlocked for everyone. After beta, you'll need a Pro plan to add a File Upload block.
