Help Center menu

Using the sidebar

The left-rail sidebar on desktop gives you one-click access to every part of NodumForms.

Three tabs

  • Dashboard — jumps to /app (home view with recent responses + forms).
  • Forms — the list of every form you own. Click to open, right-click for rename / duplicate / delete.
  • Settings — your account page (billing, profile, notification preferences).

Reordering forms

Within the Forms tab, drag any form by its row to reorder. The order is saved per account, so it sticks across devices.

Renaming inline

Double-click a form's name in the sidebar to rename it without opening the form. Press Enter to save or Escape to cancel.

Right-click menu

Right-click (or long-press on touch) any form for quick actions:

  • Rename
  • Duplicate — creates a copy with all blocks, styling, and settings (responses are not copied).
  • Delete — permanent. Asks for confirmation.

Collapsing

Click the « icon at the top of the sidebar to collapse it down to icon-only mode. Click the hamburger to bring it back. The collapsed state is remembered per device.

Mobile

On mobile the sidebar is replaced by a bottom navigation bar with the same Dashboard / Forms / Settings entries.

FAQs

The three tabs (Dashboard, Forms, Settings) are fixed, but you can drag forms within the Forms tab to reorder them. Dragging persists across reloads.

The sidebar shows your most recent forms. Older ones are still on your Dashboard, and you can use search (Ctrl/Cmd+K) to jump to any form by name regardless of how long ago you opened it.

The dashboard, responses, and account pages are fully redesigned for mobile (see the May 2026 update on the changelog). The form builder itself still requires a desktop browser — squeezing a block menu onto a phone is on the roadmap.
