Response summary and charts

The summary view gives you an at-a-glance overview of all your response data.

Accessing the summary

Click the "Summary" tab on the responses page. Each question in your form gets its own card with visualisation.

Chart types by block type

Multiple Choice & Dropdown — Horizontal bar chart showing:

  • Each option with its count and percentage
  • Options sorted by most popular
  • Total response count

Rating — Distribution display showing:

  • Count for each rating value
  • Average score
  • Visual bar for each value

Yes / No — Count display showing:

  • Number of "Yes" responses
  • Number of "No" responses
  • Percentage breakdown

Text fields (Short Text, Long Text, Email, Phone) — Shows the total number of text responses received.

When to use summary vs table

  • Use Summary to spot trends, identify popular choices, and get the big picture
  • Use Table when you need to see individual responses or export data
  • Use Individual when you need to review submissions one by one (e.g. job applications)

Indefinitely, while the form (and your account) exists. Delete a response and it's permanently removed within 24 hours; delete the form and every associated response goes with it.

You can sort by any column today, and search across answers via the Ctrl/Cmd+K command palette. Inline filtering on the responses table is on the roadmap.

No — webhooks are fire-and-forget. If your endpoint returns a non-2xx status, the submission is still saved but the webhook is not retried. Use a tool like webhook.site to confirm your endpoint is reachable.
