Deleting responses

Remove individual responses or delete in bulk.

Deleting a single response

  1. Go to the Table view on the responses page
  2. Find the response you want to delete
  3. Click the trash icon on the right side of the row
  4. Confirm the deletion

Bulk deleting responses

  1. In the Table view, check the checkbox next to each response you want to delete (or use the "Select all" checkbox in the header)
  2. A toolbar appears at the top showing how many responses are selected
  3. Click "Delete selected"
  4. Confirm the bulk deletion

Important notes

  • Deleted responses are permanently removed — they cannot be recovered
  • Deleting a response also removes all its answers and any uploaded files
  • Deleted responses are removed from summary charts and CSV exports
  • The response count on your dashboard updates immediately

Indefinitely, while the form (and your account) exists. Delete a response and it's permanently removed within 24 hours; delete the form and every associated response goes with it.

You can sort by any column today, and search across answers via the Ctrl/Cmd+K command palette. Inline filtering on the responses table is on the roadmap.

No — webhooks are fire-and-forget. If your endpoint returns a non-2xx status, the submission is still saved but the webhook is not retried. Use a tool like webhook.site to confirm your endpoint is reachable.
