Upgrading or downgrading

Change your plan at any time from your billing settings.

How to upgrade

  1. Go to Settings > Billing (or click your avatar and select "Billing")
  2. Click "Upgrade to Pro"
  3. Choose monthly ($5/month) or yearly ($40/year)
  4. Complete payment through Stripe's secure checkout
  5. Pro features are activated immediately

How to downgrade

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click "Manage subscription"
  3. In the Stripe billing portal, select the plan you want to downgrade to
  4. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle

What happens when you downgrade

  • You keep access to Pro features until the end of your paid period
  • After downgrading, if you have more forms than the Free limit, existing forms are preserved but you can't create new ones until you're under the limit
  • Branding removal stops working on the Free plan
  • Your response data is never deleted

Yearly to monthly (and vice versa)

You can switch between monthly and yearly billing from the Stripe billing portal. Switching to yearly saves about 33% compared to monthly.
