Payment methods

NodumForms uses Stripe for secure payment processing.

Accepted payment methods

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Other major credit and debit cards supported by Stripe

Updating your payment method

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click "Manage subscription" to open the Stripe billing portal
  3. Update your card details

Payment security

  • All payments are processed by Stripe — NodumForms never sees or stores your full card number
  • Payments are encrypted with TLS
  • Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified (the highest level of payment security certification)

Failed payments

If a payment fails:

  1. Stripe will retry the charge automatically over the next few days
  2. You'll receive an email notification about the failed payment
  3. If payment isn't resolved, your account may be restricted to Free plan features
  4. Update your payment method in the billing portal to resolve immediately

Stripe automatically calculates and adds tax based on your billing address where applicable. If you have a VAT ID, add it in the Stripe portal so it appears on your invoices.
