Plan & billing on your account

Your account page surfaces the essentials of your subscription so you don't have to dig through Stripe.

What's shown

  • Current plan — Free or Pro, with a coloured badge.
  • Subscription statusactive, past_due, canceled, or trialing (from Stripe).
  • Response usage — current month's response count vs the cap allowed by your plan.
  • Form limit — total forms you can have at once.
  • Branding — whether the "Powered by NodumForms" badge shows on your published forms.

Managing the subscription

Two buttons live on the Plan card:

  • Upgrade to Pro (Free users only) — opens Stripe checkout.
  • Manage subscription (Pro users) — opens the Stripe billing portal. From there you can update the card, change billing interval, download invoices, or cancel.

What happens at month boundaries

Response counts reset on the 1st of every calendar month (UTC). Form counts are lifetime — they don't reset.

During beta

While NodumForms is in beta, every Free account is granted Pro-level response limits automatically. The Plan card still says Free, but the usage cap reflects the unlocked beta limits. See the Beta access article for what changes when beta ends.

FAQs

NodumForms is single-account today — there are no shared workspaces. Instead, you invite collaborators to individual forms via the Share button on each form. Each collaborator keeps their own account; the form is shared between you.

Click your avatar → Account settings → Email. You'll receive a verification link at the new address. Until you click it, the old address remains active.

Email support@nodumforms.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm, then permanently remove your account and all associated forms and responses within 30 days.
