Using a template
- Click New form from the dashboard or sidebar
- Choose a layout (Standard or One Per Page)
- Use the category tabs to filter, or browse all templates
- Click a template to select it
- Optionally pick a theme
- Your form is created with all template questions pre-loaded
Customising
Every template is fully editable after creation. Add, remove, or modify any questions. Change the theme, styling, and settings. Templates are a starting point, not a constraint.
