NodumForms includes over 40 pre-built templates across nine categories to help you get started fast.

Categories

Using a template

  1. Click New form from the dashboard or sidebar
  2. Choose a layout (Standard or One Per Page)
  3. Use the category tabs to filter, or browse all templates
  4. Click a template to select it
  5. Optionally pick a style
  6. Your form is created with all template questions pre-loaded

Customising

Every template is fully editable after creation. Add, remove, or modify any questions. Change the style and settings. Templates are a starting point, not a constraint.

Tips

  • Preview different templates to see which structure best fits your needs
  • The Blank template is always available if you prefer to start from scratch
  • Templates include sensible defaults for required fields and validation

Saving custom templates isn't available yet — it's on the roadmap. The closest workaround is duplicating an existing form (three-dot menu → Duplicate) to reuse its structure.

No. Every template is fully editable after creation. Add, remove, reorder, or rename any block.

Templates ship with sensible defaults but no styling — pick a style separately in the creation wizard or change it later from the Style panel.
