Data ownership and processing

You own your data. Here's how NodumForms handles it.

Your data

• - Form data — You own all forms, blocks, styling, and configuration you create
• - Response data — You own all responses submitted through your forms
• - Uploaded files — You own all files uploaded through your forms

NodumForms does not claim any ownership rights over your data.

Data processing

• - NodumForms acts as a data processor for form response data (you are the data controller)
• - We process response data solely to provide the service — storing, displaying, exporting, and sending notifications
• - We never sell, share, or use your data for advertising
• - We never use form response data to train AI models

Data portability

You can export all your response data at any time via CSV export. If you delete your account, you have 30 days to export your data before it's permanently removed.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Enterprise customers can request a formal Data Processing Agreement. Contact support@nodumforms.com.
