Managing pages

In One Per Page mode, the page navigator at the bottom of the builder lets you organise blocks into pages.

Adding a page

Click "Add page" at the end of the navigator. A new empty page appears — drag blocks from the sidebar into it, or move existing blocks over.

Reordering pages

Click and drag a page tab in the navigator to change its position. The new order saves immediately.

Moving blocks between pages

Two ways:

  1. Drag — grab a block by its handle on the canvas and drop it onto a different page tab in the navigator.
  2. Three-dot menu — open the block's menu (the ⋯ icon top-right of the block) and pick "Move to page...", then choose the destination.

Deleting a page

Hover a page tab in the navigator and click the × icon. You'll be asked to confirm. Deleting a page also deletes every block on it — there's no undo.

If you want to keep the blocks, move them to another page first.

Empty pages

A page with no blocks won't render for respondents — it's just a placeholder while you build. The form skips empty pages when calculating progress.

Tips

  • Group conceptually related questions on the same page rather than rigidly one-per-page.
  • Use the first page for the warmest, easiest question — it sets the tone and reduces drop-off.
  • A short final page that just says "Thanks, ready to submit?" works well to confirm intent.

Progress bars

Show respondents how far along they are in a One Per Page form with a progress bar. Progress bars are only available in One Per Page layouts; Standard forms don't show one.

FAQs

Each form has one Submit button. In One Per Page forms, intermediate pages have Next and Back buttons; only the final page shows Submit.

Layout is locked at creation time. To switch, duplicate the form (three-dot menu on the form card) and pick the other layout when the new-form wizard opens.

No hard cap, but very long Standard forms feel slow because the entire form renders at once. For 30+ questions, switch to One Per Page so each question loads incrementally.
