End screen options

In form settings, you can configure:

Title — The heading text (default: "Thank you!")
Message — The body text (default: "Your response has been recorded.")
Icon — Choose from: party popper, heart, thumbs up, star, check circle, smile, rocket, trophy, sparkles, or none
Background image — Upload a background image for the end screen
Background position — Adjust the vertical position of the background image (0–100%)

Redirect URL

Instead of showing the end screen, you can redirect respondents to any URL after submission. Enter a URL in the "Redirect URL" field in form settings. This is useful for:

Sending respondents to a specific landing page
Triggering a download
Redirecting to a booking calendar

Tips

A personalised thank-you message makes respondents feel valued
Use the background image to add visual personality
If using a redirect, make sure the destination page acknowledges the submission

FAQs

: Custom font upload isn't supported yet. You can pick from our built-in font set in the Style panel. Custom font upload is on the roadmap for Pro and Enterprise plans.
: In the Style panel, click the Saved tab, then "Save current style". Give it a name and it appears in your Saved styles for every form you build.
: Yes — open any saved style and click "Share". The link adds the style to anyone's Saved styles when they visit it. Team-wide style sharing is on the roadmap.
