Applicants share their contact details, the skills and experience they can offer, the days and times they are available, and the kinds of activities that interest them. Collecting this in a single form means you can quickly see who is a good fit for each role and contact applicants with the right opportunities rather than working through a tangle of emails.
Set the form up in the NodumForms drag-and-drop builder to match your volunteering programme. Use short text and email fields for contact details, checkbox fields for skills and areas of interest, multiple choice or dropdowns for availability by day or time, and long text for relevant experience and motivation. Add fields for references and a file upload if you need a DBS document or other paperwork. Apply your branding through the Styles panel so the form reflects your cause and feels welcoming to people giving their time for free.
Once published, share the form by link in newsletters and social posts, or embed it on your get-involved page so anyone inspired to help can apply on the spot.
