- How do I get permission to publish a testimonial?
- Add a required Checkbox or Yes/No field asking the customer to confirm you may publish their words. Because it is captured with the submission, you have a clear record that consent was given before you feature the quote.
- Can customers add a photo or headshot?
- Yes. The File Upload question type lets customers attach an optional headshot, which appears alongside their quote and rating in the Individual view. This makes it easy to assemble a polished, attributed testimonial.
- What if a customer withdraws consent later?
- You can delete their response from your dashboard at any time, which removes their testimonial from your NodumForms records and helps you stay GDPR-friendly. You would then remove the quote from anywhere you have published it.
