Can the survey be anonymous?
Yes. To keep responses anonymous, leave out any name or email fields so no identifying details are collected. People tend to answer more honestly when they know their feedback cannot be traced back to them.
How do I see the overall results?
Open the Summary view in your responses dashboard. It builds per-question breakdowns of ratings and multiple choice answers, so you can quickly spot which areas score well and which need attention.
